Fall Out Boy 01.2009

Last week I entered an email contest from the radio station 105.9 The Buzz. I won two free tickets to the Pepsi Smash concert at the Ford Amphitheater. The lineup: Fall Out Boy, Rihanna and Lifehouse.

I took fellow concert junkie Mike. We soon came to realize that [parts of] the show were going to be televised on VH1 as part of a Superbowl promotion. All of the performances were tv worthy. The highlight: Fall Out Boy's cover of "Beat It" by Michael Jackson.
